Readiness Paths serves as the orchestration layer of the Learnly Workforce Readiness System™, connecting courses, assessments, competencies, OJT, certifications, and reinforcement into a single measurable journey.
Path Progress measures how far a learner has come (required steps completed ÷ total required steps × 100). Workforce Readiness Score is a weighted composite of actual performance across courses, assessments, competencies, OJT, and certificates. Both update automatically and weights are configurable per path.
Mark any assessment, competency milestone, OJT task, or certificate step as a gate step — and all subsequent steps are locked until the gate is cleared. Learners see a lock icon on downstream steps and a clear message explaining what to complete first.
Build once, assign to your team, and know who is truly ready — choose a template (Onboarding, Role Readiness, Compliance, Certification, Skill Development) or start from scratch. Add courses, assessments, competencies, OJT, live training, and certificates; mark required steps; set passing scores, due dates, and target competency levels; assign to one person, a selected group, or an entire team.
