Tier 2 is $249 and includes 50 monthly active users, 5,000 registered users, 750 AI generation credits per month, 50 GB of storage, a white-label learner portal on your own custom domain with SSL, and advanced analytics and reporting — this is the most popular tier. Every tier includes the complete Learnly core learning platform: unlimited courses, assessments, learning plans, departments, cohorts, Journey automations and admin seats, plus AI course and quiz generation, AI Tutor during assessments, competencies, on-the-job training, Readiness Paths, certificates and gamification, live training, mobile learning, a grey-label mobile app, ticketing-system support, SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI, the full REST API and webhooks, and Learnly system email notifications. There are no artificial caps on configuration objects. The white-label learner portal, custom domain and advanced analytics start at Tier 2; SSO/SAML 2.0, LTI 1.3 and Reports Automation are Tier 3. One hundred monthly active users is the hard ceiling on a lifetime license — larger programs belong on the Business or Scale subscription plans. One payment, no renewal and no price increase for as long as Learnly operates as a product. Your active-user, registered-user, AI credit and storage caps are locked for life, and you keep receiving updates and improvements to the standard Learnly features included with your tier at no extra cost; new premium products, add-ons and usage-based services may be offered separately. Each license covers one Learnly organization and can be transferred once. Every purchase carries a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. Registered users and active users are two different numbers. Registered users are everyone on your roster — enrolling people costs nothing. An active user is a unique person who accesses Learnly at least once during the billing period; each person is counted only once regardless of how often they return, and background jobs, API keys and integration activity never count. A Tier 2 license holds 5,000 people on the roster while 50 of them train in any given month. By default the cap behaves as a ceiling rather than a meter, so you are never surprise-billed; enabling active-user overage in your LMS settings bills additional active users at the standard rate, at your discretion.
More than 100 monthly active users, guided onboarding or content migration, the branded White-Label Email Service, SSO/SAML and LTI 1.3 below Tier 3, Academies for multi-tenant client portals, HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA, regional data hosting in the EU or Canada, custom SLAs, a dedicated customer success manager, and procurement security reviews remain Scale and Enterprise capabilities. AI credits and storage beyond your monthly allowance are covered by optional packs, never an automatic charge. Reselling Learnly as a competing LMS product is not permitted.
