An active user is a unique person who accesses Learnly at least once during the billing period. Each person is counted only once, regardless of how often they return. Background jobs, API keys, and integration activity never count. Allowances reset monthly even when the subscription is billed annually.
Worked example: 8,000 registered employees, 327 active users in a month, on the Business plan. Business includes 300 active users, so the bill is the Business base price plus 27 additional active users. You are not charged for the other registered employees.
