BrainCert, Inc. ("Learnly," "we," or "us") operates as a Data Processor for the learning records, student profiles, and content uploaded to our platform by our corporate Customers. We act as a Data Controller only for organizational billing accounts and website visitor data.
Account and contact information (name, work email, role, employer). Learning activity (course progress, assessment scores, certificates, OJT observations, AI prompts). Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, login timestamps, MFA configuration). Customer Content (files, videos, and assessments the Customer uploads).
To provide, secure, and improve the service. To authenticate users and detect fraud or abuse. To comply with legal obligations and respond to legal requests. To send operational notifications (security alerts, policy changes, billing notices).
We share data with subprocessors listed on /subprocessors, with Customer consent, or as required by law. EU and UK individuals can exercise GDPR rights (access, deletion, portability) through our contact form. California residents have CCPA rights including the right to know and the right to delete.
