The Terms apply to website visitors, individual trial users, organizations that purchase Learnly subscriptions ("Customers"), and authorized users acting on behalf of Customers. By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the service, you accept these Terms.
The Acceptable Use Policy applies in addition to these Terms and prohibits illegal content, infringing materials, malicious code, and any use that disrupts the service or harms other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Terms include a limitation of liability and a warranty disclaimer consistent with applicable law. BrainCert, Inc. provides the service "as is" within the limits permitted by applicable regulations. Customers are responsible for content they upload and for compliance with laws applicable to their use.
